I have gambled on countless of rounds of blackjack. I started working my way into the casinos when I was 16. I have wagered on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. Given all that I have still spent a lot of money at 21. The gambling dens have made it very hard to beat the game.

I still like the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over the years I have played a type of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get rich with this method or beat the house, however you will have a lot of fun. This method is based on the fact that 21 seems to be a game of streaks. When you’re on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!

I bet with basic strategy 21. When I lose I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I don’t win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the action back down to the original amount.

I am very disciplined and never back out. It gets very fun on occasion. If you win a few hands in sequence your bets go up very quickly. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had great streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Paris a couple of years back with $750 after 45 minutes using this tactic! And a couple of weeks ago in Atlantic City I left a table with $1200!

You have to understand that you can give up much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be surprised at the streaks you see wagering this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a 5 dollar game.

Wager five dollar
Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original five dollar bet

Bet five dollar
Leave $5 paid to you for a total wager of ten dollar

Bet 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the original ten dollar bet

Bet ten dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total wager of $20

Wager $20
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the original $20 wager

Wager $20
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total wager of 40 dollar

Bet $40
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial forty dollar bet

Bet $40
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $80

Wager 80 dollar
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the initial eighty dollar wager

Bet eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar

Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $160 wager

If you left at this instance you would be up 315 dollar !!

It is iffy to go on a run this long, but it will happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and drop your bet or the end result will not be the same.
