Blackjack is a game that reminds me somewhat of a rollercoaster. It’s a game that starts slowly, but gradually gets faster. As you grow your bankroll, you feel like you are making moves to the top of the coaster and then when you least expect it, the bottom falls out.

Blackjack is so incredibly like a roller coaster the similarities are unreal. As is the case with the popular amusement park ride, your blackjack game will peak and things will be going great for awhile before it bottoms out once again. Of course you have to be a player that shall be able to adjust well to the ups and downs of the game given that the game of blackjack is packed full with them.

If you like the little coaster, a coaster that can’t go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way you can enjoy the ride is with a larger bet, then jump on for the coaster ride of your life on the monster coaster. The big money player will love the view from the monster roller coaster because he/she is not thinking on the drop as they rush headlong to the top of the game.

A win goal and a loss limit works well in blackjack, but very few players adhere to it. In black jack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it’s going up, that is an amazing feeling, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to flip and turn, you had better get out in a hurry.

If you don’t, you might not naturally recall how much you enjoyed life while your cash was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a great ride … your head in the stratosphere. As you are thinking on "what ifs", you won’t easily recount how "high up" you went but you will be reminded of that devastating drop as clear as day.
